MAK VTS-1 (Versuchsträger Schützenpanzer 1) build by Thyssen and Henchel. This expirimental vehicle was build to test some concepts for the replacement of the Leopard I.
It is a Marder 1 with the turret removed and replaced with a 105-mm-cannon L 7 (of a Leopard I). See picture #1761 also.
