Actually that tank is an M-60a3, I crewed one for many years.

Yes it's an M-60A3 and looks like US bumper number to me. Says 'CAV'.

look at the uniforms of the crew members, they are not U.S. uniforms. also the 4 digit number on the air cleaner boxes. the characters on the front lower hull could be any numbering/unit number?
