Is this a Jeep?

10/7/2011. Buckfastleigh 1940's weekend.

The grill has the look of a Willey's Jeep but I could be completely wrong. It's a right hand drive.
It's on am "M" plate which is 1994/5.

Comments:
Not a Willys but a more modern product of the Jeep Corporation. A bit OTT as it wasn't used by any NATO military, perhaps in S America, but I'm not sure.

The "JEEP" logo appears under the lower door hinge.
